Profile

Who is behind the console, and how I work.

When something breaks, I don't stop until I understand why.

I'm the Chief Operating Officer of Atrak Group in Mashhad, Iran — a company that designs, secures and maintains organisational networks, from architecture and firewalls to data centres, wireless and NOC monitoring, under SLA-backed support contracts. I graduated from Sajjad University of Technology in 2017 with a degree in IT Management and have worked in production infrastructure every year since.

Running operations has not taken me away from the technical work. On client engagements such as Raysanat Toos Co. I still deploy HP servers on VMware ESXi and keep networks, telephony and Windows domains online day to day — which is exactly what keeps the operational decisions honest.

    Most of what I know came from working through hard problems alongside good colleagues. I try to pass that forward.

    A research instinct

    A fix that works is not the same as a fix that is understood. I dig until the root cause is on the table.

    Keep the stack current

    Most recently that means folding AI tools into everyday diagnostics, documentation and automation.
